Institutionalised Training
Instititutionalised training is a program for institutional staff development programs including chefs, supervisors, front line staff (waiters),stock controllers ,cashiers, barmen, training is done on the premises of the client`s goals and objectives in improving food preparation ,food services ,stock management, costing and customer care . However training is also done on the college premises located at NO.15 ,3RD corner Nelson Mandela at the Harare club Hotel.
